What AI already says about your client
One AI Visibility Score for every business you manage: whether the assistants name them, the words they use to describe them, and which competitor gets recommended instead.
Close the gaps that matter
Every missed answer becomes a ranked fix: the exact content, citations and signals the engines are missing. Work you can scope, price and put on an invoice.
Stay the default
When an engine changes its mind, you hear about it, so you are the one telling the client rather than the client telling you.
See who gets recommended, and what to fix first.
ChatGPT might name your client first while Gemini has never heard of them. Apex reads each assistant on its own terms: what it has discovered about the business, where you are being named and where somebody else is. The next thing you fix is a decision rather than a guess.
“Two well-reviewed options in Austin are Lone Star Comfort and Barton Creek Air, both noted for fast response times…”
“For reliable service in the Austin area, Summit Air & Heating is the most consistently recommended option, praised for same-day response and transparent pricing…”
This is the whole job: get your client into the sentence.
There is no page two of an AI answer. A customer sees two or three names and calls one. Apex shows you the exact words each engine uses about your client today, and the citations, facts and reviews it read to get there. That is the difference between telling a client they are invisible and showing them the sentence to go and change.

What is invisibility costing you? →Questions, answered.
What does an agency actually get out of Apex?
Three things: a number, the work behind it, and a report with your logo on it. Apex shows which of the businesses you manage AI assistants recommend, which ones they never name, and the citations, listings and facts sitting behind each gap. White-label is included with every seat, so what reaches your client carries your brand and not ours. Agencies win the account on the baseline, scope the work from the ranked gaps, and defend the retainer with movement in a channel most clients have never had measured.
What is the AI Visibility Score?
It is how often AI assistants name a business when a customer asks for a recommendation: one number an agency can put in front of an owner and defend. Never a rating out of a hundred, never a composite index, and never a figure you cannot show a client the arithmetic behind. What makes it worth watching is that it moves: assistants change their minds, and the Score is what tells you they did, before the client notices the phone is quieter.
How do I find out what my competitors are doing that I am not?
Every answer we read records who the assistant named instead of your client, so the businesses winning the category stop being a guess. Apex then shows the sources behind those answers: the directories, review profiles, articles and pages the engines actually read to arrive at that name. That is a working list of where a competitor is present and your client is not. Discovering that before anyone else in the market is most of the advantage.
Is this just a dashboard? What stops a client doing it themselves?
A client can ask ChatGPT about themselves once and get an anecdote. What they cannot do is put their own customers' real questions to ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude, keep the record, and know which answers changed and why. And if they could, they would still need somebody to do the work the report points at. What Apex sells an agency is not the screen. It is the intelligence underneath it, and a client-ready report that arrives under your brand. What you sell the client is being the one who noticed.
How is this different from SEO?
SEO competes for a position on a page of links; an AI assistant returns one answer naming two or three businesses, and there is no page two. That changes what you can sell: not a ranking the client can check themselves, but whether the machine now making their shortlist has them on it. The signals differ too: listings that agree with each other, recent reviews, and structured facts an engine can read and quote do more here than keyword work, and a strong Google ranking does not carry over on its own. Most of what improves AI visibility strengthens traditional search as well.
Can you actually prove AI sent us a lead?
For the leads Apex can identify, yes: they are labeled as AI-referred and land in the client's record alongside the rest. Not every one can be identified, so the labeled list is a floor rather than a total. We would rather undercount than invent a number. Even as a floor, it is the difference between telling a client their visibility improved and showing them what arrived.
What does it cost, and what can I try for free?
Starting at $399/mo, billed annually. One seat = one client business. There is also a month-to-month, cancel anytime option at a higher rate, and white-label is included either way rather than sold as an upgrade. Before any of that, the AI visibility scan is free: real customer questions put to ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude, one emailed report, and a number you can walk into a client conversation with before you have spent anything.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Seven days, and you do not need a credit card to start. Tell us which client business you want to track first and we set the account up with you, in your brand, so you are looking at real answers about a real client rather than a sandbox.
What happens when the trial ends?
You decide. Nothing bills automatically, and nothing publishes to a client site in the meantime without your approval.
