The agency program

Your brand.
Our engine.

Apex is white-label AI visibility measurement for agencies: it puts your clients’ real customer questions to ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude, scores each one, and ranks the fixes, all under your brand rather than ours.

You discover what the engines are saying, you get the fix drafted, and you decide what ships. Your client hears it from you first, every month, with the counts beside it.

The retainer line clients never cut.

New revenue

Sell a category, not a task

AI visibility is the question every client is starting to ask. Be the agency that already has the answer, with margin you set yourself.

Proof of work

A number that defends you

The AI Visibility Score turns your retainer into a scoreboard: how often the assistants name your client, counted from their own answers. Arithmetic a client could redo, not an index we invented. When the number moves you have the evidence; when it stalls you have the reason and the next fix. Renewals stop being conversations.

Zero build

Launch in days

Your logo and your colors on our engine, gap workflows and reporting. No engineers required.

Two ways to run it.

Resell

Apex-branded, agency-managed. You own the client relationship and the markup; we run the platform and hand you the wins. Fastest path to revenue.

White-label

Fully yours: dashboards, reports, alerts and scan pages under your brand. Clients never see the word Apex. White-label is included with every seat rather than sold as an upgrade, and nothing publishes to a client's site without your approval.

Across every client

Open one screen, not twelve.

Every client you manage, sorted so the one that slipped is at the top. You find the problem because it came to you, not because it was your turn to go looking.

The order

Sorted before you get there

Every client business on your account is a row in one table, ranked by which one needs attention. The sorting is the feature. A list in alphabetical order still makes you read all of it before you know where to start.

The limit

It points, you decide

The order tells you where to look first. It does not tell you what to do when you get there. And it ranks on what Apex measures, so a client whose trouble sits outside that will not climb this list.

After the number moves

Then prove it paid for itself.

Measuring is the easy half. Apex labels the AI-referred leads it can identify and files them in the client’s record with the rest, so the renewal conversation has something in it besides a chart. Not all of them can be identified, and we would rather undercount than guess.

AI-referred leads

The label arrives with the lead

When Apex can identify a lead as coming from an AI answer, that lead arrives labeled. It sits in the client’s record with all the others, marked, so nobody has to work that one out later. No second tab to remember, and no hand-matching for the ones carrying the label.

The renewal

Answer from the record

A chart tells a client the number moved. The record tells them whether anything arrived with it. When somebody asks what the line item is for, you can answer from the leads on file rather than from the trend line. Defending a trend and showing a record are not the same conversation.

The honest part

We label the ones we can identify

Not every lead an AI answer sends over can be identified as one. The ones that can be are labeled; the rest sit in the record like any other lead. So the labeled list is a floor rather than a total, and some months it is short. We would rather undercount than guess, because every lead on that list is one your client can go and look at.

Free client scan

Run a free scan on one of your clients.

Pick the one you are least sure about. We put the questions their customers really ask to ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude, then email you one report: how often the assistants name them, the words they use to describe them, and which competitor they recommend instead.

The name, email and phone are yours. The business name and website are your client’s. The report comes back to you, yours to forward, quote from, or open on your next call. No contract, and no sales call required.

One client per scan · no card · no pitch deck
No spam. One report, then it’s your call.

Questions, answered.

What's the difference between reselling and white-labeling?

Both put your markup on the same platform. Resell keeps the Apex name on it: the fastest path to revenue, and you own the client relationship while we run the software. White-label replaces it with yours: dashboards, reports, alerts and scan pages carry your logo and your colors, and clients never see the word Apex on them. White-label is included with every seat rather than sold as an upgrade, so it is not a choice between price tiers, only between whose name is on the report.

Can I see this on one of my own clients before I commit to anything?

Yes. Run the free client scan first: pick the client you are least sure about, and we put their customers' real questions to ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude and email you one report, yours to forward or open on your next call. No card, no contract, no sales call required.

How do I manage more than one client without opening a dashboard for each?

Every client on your account sits in one table, ranked by which one needs attention first. You open the one that slipped because it came to you, not because it was your turn to go looking. The order tells you where to start; it does not decide what to do once you get there.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Seven days, and you do not need a credit card to start. Tell us which client business you want to track first and we set the account up with you, in your brand, so you are looking at real answers about a real client rather than a sandbox.

What happens when the trial ends?

You decide. Nothing bills automatically, and nothing publishes to a client site in the meantime without your approval.
