The manifesto

The ten blue links fed every local business in America. Then they disappeared.

In their place: one machine-written answer. People discover a plumber, a dentist, a roofer by asking now, and what comes back is one recommendation: one winner per question. The businesses that thrived on page one are learning that there is no page one anymore. There’s a sentence, and you’re either in it or you’re not.

We built Apex because nobody could answer the only question that matters now: what does the AI say about me? Not with a vibe or a screenshot, but with an AI Visibility Score, measured across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude and traceable back to the answers that produced it. Never a number out of a hundred; always something you can go and read for yourself.

But a number nobody acts on is a vanity metric with better manners. Measuring is the easy half and anyone can build it; the half that pays is what comes next: the answers kept, the sources that beat you found, and the ranked list of what to change so the next answer names you instead. Honest measurement first. Then the work.

Leadership.

Apex is run by an operator from AI and search, who built and scaled these systems inside some of the largest brands in the world before turning them on the answer layer.

Chief Executive Officer

A leading AI expert with over a decade turning AI into ROI for the world's biggest brands. In roles before Apex, Rayhaan worked on search and applied machine learning with Microsoft, Google and Gary Vaynerchuk, years before ChatGPT put the field on the front page, and later led AI transformation programs for MARS, Nordstrom, Crocs, Under Armour, Home Depot and Diageo, among others. That work was done at and with those companies in prior roles; none of it was client work done as Apex. His POV is simple: AI is leverage, the customer experience is the product, and the operating cadence is what makes it real.

Where our team has worked.

Experience our people bring from previous roles, not client work done as Apex.

Talk to the people who build it.

Walkthroughs are run by the two people who built the product, not a sales desk reading a script. Apex itself is software: you get your AI Visibility Score, the answers it was measured from, and the ranked work that changes it. No account team comes with it, and the product is built so you do not need one.
