Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed: July 14, 2026

Apex Discover is committed to making apexdiscover.ai usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. Being findable is our whole business — that belief extends to every visitor of our own site.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, consistent with Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

What we've built in

  • Semantic structure — proper landmarks, one H1 per page, and a logical heading order that screen readers can navigate.
  • A "skip to main content" link on every page for keyboard users.
  • Full keyboard operability, with clearly visible focus indicators on links, buttons, form fields, and expandable sections.
  • Labels on every form field, and text alternatives or ARIA descriptions for charts and data visuals.
  • Decorative animations (such as the homepage demonstration) hidden from screen readers, with the same information available as plain text.
  • Color contrast meeting AA ratios, and information never conveyed by color alone.
  • Layouts that reflow for zoom up to 200% and small screens without loss of content.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is a practice, not a checkbox. We review new pages against WCAG 2.1 AA before publishing and periodically re-audit the site with automated tools and manual keyboard and screen-reader testing.
